Prior to starting a career in search in 1996, Amy worked for over fifteen years in banking both for Citicorp and Barclays in New York and London. Her credit-intense banking experience led initially to conducting searches for roles that were created as the European credit and structured credit markets were developing. Over time and after her return to New York, Amy expanded her search work to include a variety of debt, credit, risk and investment banking roles. She has also worked for other financial institutions in helping them to build their investment activities and law firms in expanding specific practice areas. Additionally she has been instrumental in assisting clients in launching and expanding their private wealth management businesses. Amy has an A.B. in government from Harvard College and attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. She is member of the Advisory Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York. www.metrony.wish.org
