Vanessa began her career working in the German and Spanish commercial banking offices of Bank Brussels Lambert before becoming a search professional in 1999 in London. Initially focused on recruiting in the European capital markets, her experience broadened to include investment and corporate banking as well as legal assignments throughout the region. In 2003, she moved to New York and developed additional expertise working in the hedge fund, private equity, fund of funds and private wealth management industry segments, working for several start-up organizations both in a recruiting and a strategic consulting capacity. Vanessa completed a B.A. in German & Spanish from Royal Holloway College, University of London.
